Options For Placing An Order:
  • Internet:Our secure website is available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
  • Phone:For domestic orders dial (866) 411-6300 and for international orders dial (954) 564-6300 Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm (all EST time).
  • Fax:Available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week at (954) 563-8105. All orders need to include first and last name, billing and shipping address, email address, exact product name and price, credit card information including security code, method of delivery (FedEx or USPS), state if shipping address is a business or residence, and a daytime phone number.
 
Order Status, Tracking, & Back Orders:
  • After receipt of order, an email confirmation will be sent for internet orders and a verbal confirmation for phone and fax orders.
  • Tracking the order can be done via the website by logging in and using your personal login information. Additionally, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
  • If there is an issue to be resolved with an order, a Sales Associate will either contact you by phone or email.
  • There will be occasions that we no longer have the product available due to its popularity. We will either ship the entire order together or ship what's available and place the other items on back order per the instructions you have provided.
